Beginners Edge Sports Training is seeking a Weekend Sports Class Coach to lead and deliver structured sports programming for children from 18 months to 12 years old. You will follow the B.E.S.T.

curriculum, maintain a positive learning environment, and ensure safety and supervision during all sessions. Classes are part-time and held at various locations, requiring energy, reliability, and effective communication with parents and staff.

Qualifications

• Lead and instruct sports classes for children ages 18 months to 12 years.
• Follow B.E.S.T. curriculum and coaching techniques.
• Maintain a fun, positive learning environment.
• Ensure safety and supervision of all participants.
• Set up and break down equipment before and after classes.
• Communicate effectively with parents and staff.
• Complete class check-ins and attendance tracking.
• Adhere to company policies and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and instruct sports classes, camps, and/or clinics for children ages 18 months to 12 years.
• Implement and follow B.E.S.T. lesson plans and coaching techniques.
• Maintain a fun, positive, and supportive learning environment.
• Ensure the safety and supervision of all participants at all times.
• Set up, organize, and break down equipment as needed before and after classes.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with parents, teammates, and supervisors.
• Complete required class check-ins, reporting, and attendance tracking.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Represent B.E.S.T. values and uphold a high standard of customer service.
