Job summary

The Daily Wire is seeking a Social Content Specialist to keep our Facebook and Instagram pages active and engaging throughout the weekend. In this role, you’ll turn content from our existing talent library into finished posts and take ownership of publishing while the broader Social team is offline.

This position requires weekend availability during designated Central Time coverage hours and may be performed remotely or from our Nashville office.

Qualifications

1–3 years creating and publishing content for brand or talent channels on Facebook, Instagram or TikTok.
Proficiency with video editing and graphic design tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva).
Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite for scheduling and publishing.
Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Create weekend Facebook content from the talent library including long-form videos and clips.
Edit short-form videos, design image posts, and write post copy aligned with brand voice.
Manage weekend publishing pipeline: titles, copy, images, tagging, and scheduling.
Publish independently during offline periods while staying on brand and editorial guidelines.
Exercise editorial judgment on breaking news and sensitive topics; escalate when needed.
Analyze performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvements.
Test thumbnails, headlines, posting times and deliver weekly results recap.
