Job summary

Channel Partners is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate to showcase and sell Snapdragon-powered devices at your assigned Florida store location. You’ll learn quickly, engage with customers and fellow retail staff, and aim to meet sales goals.

You’ll handle demonstrations, ensure displays are up-to-date, support promotions, and report daily on field activities. This role requires weekend availability and a professional, customer-focused demeanor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Background in consumer electronics and the retail environment.
• Experience in sales and/or customer-facing experience at retail.

Responsibilities

• Achieve KPIs and strive to consistently meet sales goals and program objectives.
• Convert product benefits to sales - fully understand the features and benefits of Snapdragon products, including hardware and accessories.
• Increase consumer sales through proactive engagement and demonstrations.
• Build long-lasting partnerships and relationships with store personnel.
• Engage, educate retail sales associates, and create excitement to increase the rate of recommendation.
• Perform day-to-day operations, including merchandising, maintaining interactive displays, and verifying in-store promotions.
• Gather, summarize, and report via our reporting tool daily on field and channel feedback and activities.
• Periodically coordinate and execute special awareness and sales events.
• Display a professional demeanor while representing Snapdragon and Channel Partners.
• Complete and maintain mandatory certification for our partners' POS system to ensure authorized transaction capabilities.
• Utilize our partners' POS system to independently process transactions and activations.
• Manage and achieve revenue targets and sales KPIs through the assigned POS platform.
