Unloading Freight (Tires)
The base of each stack should be positioned toward the center of the rack, with only one SKU stored per rack. All stacks must remain stable and include a cardboard slip sheet placed between the layers. Ensure all labels are properly aligned, keeping each stack straight and consistent with an imaginary vertical line.
Associates are paid based on each trailer they unload, with no set limit on the number of trailers. Typically, an associate unload approximately 3–4 trailers per shift. Payment for each trailer is determined by its weight. Current average earnings range from $150–$250+ per day, depending on the associate’s work pace, productivity, and the total amount of work completed during the shift.
