Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; technical background preferred.
• Skilled with hand and power tools.
• Ability to disassemble machines and replace parts.
• Read blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogs.
• Use meters, hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches.
• Experience with precision measuring instruments or electronic testing devices.
• Experience performing routine maintenance.
• Clear communication and professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently with focus.
• Strong math skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication in English; manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance to keep machines operating at high efficiency.
• Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and breakdowns with minimal support.
• Read manuals to understand operation and maintenance tasks.
• Assist operators, mentor teammates, and minimize downtime.
• Use CMMS system to track parts and work orders.
• Participate in ongoing training and maintenance techniques.
• Troubleshoot to root cause and train junior technicians.
• Understand control panels and equipment functions.
• Support Journeyman 2 path through training matrix.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.
