Whitman Hospital & Medical Clinics is seeking a part-time Sonographer to join their team at Joint Base Lewis-McChord. The role involves performing satisfactory exams, ensuring patient safety and effective communication with staff and patients. Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience in sonography.

The position offers a flexible weekend shift with competitive pay ranging from $37.00 to $64.75, alongside an attractive benefit package including medical coverage, retirement options, and discounts on services provided by the hospital.

Qualifications

• 1+ year post graduation experience in sonography.
• AHA BLS certified within 30 days of hire.
• Experience with Echocardiograms preferred.

Responsabilités

• Performs satisfactory exams and diagnostic studies.
• Uses two patient identifiers when greeting patients.
• Communicates effectively with staff and patients.
• Completes QA and QC as needed.
