Job summary

Fox Factory is seeking a weekend shift Packaging Team Member to support the manufacturing and distribution process. The role involves preparing and packing orders for shipment, inspecting items for damage, labeling packages, and maintaining accurate documentation in a fast-paced environment.

Experience is not required, though 1+ years in a related role is preferred. Lifting up to 55 lbs and standing for long periods are part of the job; a high school diploma is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Package items for shipment according to company standards and customer requirements.

• Operate warehouse equipment to move products and materials.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with inventory by counting and reporting stock levels.
• Communicate with warehouse staff and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines.
• Other responsibilities as needed.

Weekend Shift: Friday - Sunday; 6:00 am - 6:00 pm

Packaging team member, you will be integral to the manufacturing process by utilizing core skills in packaging and manufacturing. Packaging is responsible for preparing and packing orders for shipment. The Warehouse Packer selects products from the inventory, checks them for any damage, and then packs them into boxes or containers. They are also responsible for labeling packages with shipping information and ensuring that all orders are accurate and complete.
