Job summary

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and extensive experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Weekend shift (Fri-Mon) applies, with focus on safety, productivity, and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in equipment, process, and facility reliability in manufacturing.
• Experience leading teams to successful outcomes.
• Proficiency with blueprints, schematics, and reports.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and provide proactive maintenance.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP/CMMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day shop floor activities and execute scheduled work.
• Coordinate maintenance, repair, and upgrades of assets; ensure safety and quality.
• Prioritize emergency work and communicate across teams.
• Refine labor, parts, and methods; ensure on-schedule delivery.
• Engage with maintenance techs, planners, operations, and engineering regularly.
