CHEP in Longview, Texas, is seeking a Weekend Shift Lead to guide production activities on Friday through Sunday, 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM. This role supports plant leadership, ensures safety, quality, and operational efficiency, and acts as a frontline supervisor on the weekend shift.

You will supervise production staff, coordinate with plant administration, and maintain inventory accuracy while modeling a safety-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as supervisor or operations lead in a manufacturing environment preferred

Responsibilities
