Qualified Staffing in Port Huron, MI is seeking an experienced Wire EDM/CNC Machinist for a 3rd shift on a 4-day work week, Monday through Thursday, 6:30 PM to 5:00 AM. Pay ranges from $20 to $22 per hour based on experience, with temp to hire opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have CNC or Wire EDM machining experience, read blueprints, and maintain tight tolerances with strong attention to detail. Overtime may be required and weekly pay is provided.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience operating CNC or Wire EDM machines.
• Machine setup experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Experience using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection equipment.
• Quality driven with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Wire EDM and CNC machines.
• Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.
• Perform machine offsets and basic adjustments.
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring equipment.
• Maintain tight tolerances and high quality standards.
• Troubleshoot minor machining issues.
• Complete production documentation accurately.
• Follow all safety and quality procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Job Responsibilities
