Domino's Pizza in Town of Forest, WI is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations. Weekend availability is required and you will be responsible for ensuring quality, service, and store standards across all shifts.

You will manage staffing, scheduling, cost controls, inventory, cash handling, and customer relations while upholding company policies and procedures. Experience in fast-food operations and a “lead by example” approach is valued; training is provided to support your success

Qualificações

Must ensure high-quality customer service and store standards.
Lead and supervise staff, manage shift coverage.
Adhere to all store policies and procedures.

Responsabilidades

Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
Prepare product, receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
Training Orientation and training provided on the job.
Communication Skills: ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
Essential functions/skills: perform basic arithmetic and cash handling.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Navigate delivery areas and store layout as needed.
