Job summary

Bosch Lincolnton, NC is seeking a Setup Machine Operator for the weekend shift (6:30am–6:30pm). You will train with engineers, interface between engineering and manufacturing, and ensure multiple machines run smoothly while adhering to SOPs and 5S practices.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least 5 years in metalworking manufacturing, with experience in HMI/CNC and robotics, plus ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work 8-12 hour shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years in metalworking manufacturing.
• Experience with HMI/CNC interfaces and robots.
• Ability to stand 8–12 hours and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Able to read and follow standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Train with engineers and act as interface between engineering and manufacturing.
• Sign off new production associates and provide feedback when required.
• Keep machines running and escalate deviations.
• Cover for absences; load/unload, operate, adjust, and set up machines.
• Perform quality checks and 5S; assist with maintenance.
