Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Basic understanding of aircraft structures design principles and aircraft structural repair
• Ability to use or learn CAD tools such as CCD, CATIA V4 & V5, AutoCAD or similar for aircraft structures
• Strong written and verbal communication and collaborative skills
• Ability to work with a multi-disciplined team of engineers, technicians, managers, customers
• Flexibility to move quickly between assignments and handle multiple issues simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Contribute to planning, development, and coordination of important engineering projects
• Provide specialized technical assistance to team members
• Use advanced techniques and modified extension of theories to provide technical solutions
• Determine and develop own approach to solutions within schedule and cost objectives
• Work under limited supervision and ensure alignment with objectives
• Act as liaison with external representatives
