Job summary

Griswold Home Care is hiring experienced caregivers to provide care for seniors in their homes in the Arizona valley, starting at $18.50-$20.00 per hour for premium 4-6 hour shifts. The hourly rate depends on the level of care and shift length.

We offer weekly pay with same-day pay via Tapcheck, mileage reimbursement, opportunities for promotions within the company, and health insurance and paid sick time. Dental and vision discounts, scholarships, and employee perks are also provided.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a professional senior care setting.
• Compassionate, detail-oriented, and driven.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Pass a criminal background check, CPR & First Aid, and TB clearance.
• Valid driver’s license and a safe, reliable vehicle to transport clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home care to seniors in their homes across the valley.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Coordinate with family and care team to ensure continuity of care.
