Marksman Security LLC is seeking a Weekend Security Supervisor for a 1st Shift at a high-volume distribution facility in Texas. The role includes leading Saturday-Sunday shifts and serving as a Security Officer on weekdays, with emphasis on post coverage and device screening.

The ideal candidate has security and customer service experience, a Texas Non‑Commissioned license, and the ability to maintain high professionalism, attention to detail, and reliability.

Qualifications

• Texas Non-Commissioned Security License required.
• Experience in security and customer service preferred.
• Must be able to work Wed-Sun, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift on Saturdays and Sundays.
• Serve as a Security Officer during the week.
• Guide officers on post and monitor devices/screening.
• Monitor dock activity and high-value loads.
• Ensure post coverage and adherence to procedures.
• Maintain professionalism and reliability.
