Job summary

Doyle Security Services is seeking a vigilant Security Officer to observe and report activities at a client site, providing for the security of property and personnel. You may be required to stand for most of the workday and perform regular patrols to prevent incidents.

Schedule includes Saturday and Sunday 1500–2300 with up to $19.00/hour pay. Candidates must be 18+, have a High School diploma/GED, a valid NJ SORA license, and strong English skills.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma / GED required.
• Valid NJ SORA License.
• Must be able to understand the English language and communicate effectively in both the verbal and written form.
• Must be physically able to perform the tasks required by the position.

Responsibilities

• Reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures.
• Securing premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.
• Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures.
• Tasks assigned by supervisor or manager.
