Qualifications

• Must possess exceptional customer service skills.

• Must be able to operate and maintain site specific security programs.
• Must have at least one year of verifiable work experience; military or related field experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Access control for guests, tenants and vendors.
• Enforcement of Client and Company policies and procedures.
• Observation and reporting of security and safety hazards.
• Conduct routine foot patrols in and around the building.
• Reporting of all pertinent issues to the operations manager and client.
