Job summary

Securitas Security is seeking a Weekend Security Officer for Eagle, WI. This part-time role offers a $25.00/hr wage, with Saturday and Sunday shifts from 11am to 11pm. You will help protect client sites, manage access at entrances, and respond to incidents with calm professionalism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; ability to complete GED within 6 months.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Customer service background preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Security, law enforcement, or military experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Perform access control at security entrances / exits.
• Conduct patrols inside / outside client premises in various conditions.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues or suspicious activity.
• Provide detailed written reports.
• Work in a team environment to meet site goals.
• Carry out duties of similar nature as required.
