Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation as per laws.
• Drug screen as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Valid driver's license for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a food production location by enforcing site policies and responding to emergencies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization when required, deter unauthorized entry.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations, document observations and notify appropriate contacts.
• Complete required reports and maintain accurate activity logs for leadership and site personnel.
