Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security, concierge, or customer service experience.
• Active Level II or Level III Security License.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Residence within 20 miles of ZIP 77024.

Responsibilities

• Provide lobby/front desk coverage and greet tenants/visitors.
• Monitor building access and assist with after-hours entry.
• Conduct interior, exterior, and parking garage patrols.
• Monitor CCTV and report suspicious activity.
• Check doors and access points for proper closure and security.
• Identify and report hazards and maintenance concerns.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies per post orders.
• Complete daily activity reports and incident documentation in Vision Insites.
• Communicate concerns to the patrol supervisor and provide a thorough shift pass-down.
• Maintain a professional appearance and courteous demeanor.
