Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a Security Officer/Guard in Brook Park, OH to provide on-site security and customer service at client locations.

The role requires completing patrols, reporting incidents, and upholding safety protocols with attention to detail. Qualifications include a valid OH driver's license, ability to pass a drug screen and background check, weekend and 2nd shift availability, and strong customer service and technology skills.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong technology skills (cell phone/computer).
• Driver certification or valid OH driver license.
• Prior security or customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Observes and reports activities and incidents at an assigned client site, ensuring safety of property and personnel.
• Patrols on foot or by vehicle as required and follows security protocols.
• Responds to incidents and communicates with clients and supervisors as needed.
