Job summary

Marksman Security LLC is seeking a Weekend Security Supervisor for a high-volume distribution facility in Texas. The role leads Saturday and Sunday shifts and serves as a Security Officer during weekdays.

Responsibilities include access control, dock monitoring, and enforcing site procedures. Starting pay is $17.50/hour for Officer days, $20.00/hour for Supervisor days, with a 1st shift schedule (Wed-Sun, 6:00 AM–2:00 PM).

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service skills.
• Familiarity with report writing.
• Experience in monitoring and surveillance.
• Able to multitask and prioritize tasks.
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• Able to commit to Wed–Sun, 6:00 AM–2:00 PM schedule.

Responsibilities

• Access control and security checks according to site procedures.
• Monitor dock operations and log trucks.
• Assist with inbound truck processing and logs.
• Perform security checks and report concerns to supervisor.
• Patrol assigned areas to deter theft and observe activity.
• Use site systems to monitor activity and maintain records.
