Job summary

World Equestrian Center Wilmington seeks experienced Security Guards to maintain a safe environment in Wilmington, OH. The role offers a $350 sign-on bonus (175 after 30 days and 175 after 90 days) and requires weekend availability, with a 3rd shift from 11pm to 7am.

Responsibilities include operating video management and access control systems, patrolling, reporting incidents, and assisting with cash control.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to pass background and drug screening.
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
• Satisfactory driving record to operate company-owned vehicle.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• High level of integrity/strong work ethic.
• Attention to detail.
• CCTV and Access control experience.
• Prior experience in security, law enforcement or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be trained and proficient in operating Video Management and Access Control programs.
• Communicate pertinent information to staff, security personnel and management.
• Provide courteous, respectful interactions with guests.
• Possess a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Conduct extended foot patrols as needed.
• Assist with cash control activities including deposits and change orders.
• Prepare daily shift reports and document incidents and maintenance matters.
• Respond to emergencies following established procedures.
