Job summary

Dunelm is seeking a Weekend Sales Assistant to support our busy store operations, especially on weekends. This seasonal role involves tills, shop floor service, and hosting customer orders using iPad systems, with stock handling and occasional heavy lifting.

You will be part of a friendly team focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences and a positive, welcoming store environment over the peak period through February 2027.

Qualifications

• Weekend availability and flexibility for seasonal work.
• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment is beneficial.
• Willingness to assist across tills, shop floor and stock areas.

Responsibilities

• Tills – serve customers and handle purchases or returns.
• Shop floor – help customers find products and provide memorable service.
• Hosting – use iPad systems to order for home delivery and arrange Made To Measure services.
• Stock and Delivery – assist with stock checks, deliveries, merchandising and store upkeep.
