Job summary

MSD of Warren Township is seeking a Part-Time School Year Custodian (Event Worker) for weekend events at Warren Central High School. The role supports district events with custodial tasks and required physical effort, while maintaining a clean, safe environment for students, staff, and the public.

The position reports to the Building Manager or designee, with no supervision of others. The work year runs July 1 to June 30, on a salary schedule noted as Level 5 for custodians, and is not eligible

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures that the assigned areas are properly opened daily and fully secured upon completion of daily tasks.
• Performs custodial tasks including cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining facilities.
• Operates custodial equipment safely and responds to emergencies to ensure safety.
