Catalyst Nutraceuticals in Buford, GA, seeks a part-time sanitation technician to maintain cleanliness and sanitation of mixing tanks, production equipment and packaging lines. Responsibilities include washing, sanitizing, and operating cleaning machinery in the mixing and filling areas, with occasional forklift assistance.

The role emphasizes adherence to cleaning schedules, safety standards, and efficient turnover of clean equipment for production.

Responsabilités

• Clean and sanitize mixing tanks, equipment, totes, pumps, hoses and machine parts.
• Clean the mixing room, filling room and manufacturing areas.
• Wash and apply sanitizer to production equipment and packaging; use high‑pressure units for cleanup.
• Drive forklift or scissors‑lift to clean overheads.
• Operate foam pumps to apply chemicals to equipment.
• Run tray washing machines following company procedures.
• Operate floor-scrubbing machines; detail equipment before delivery to production.
• Follow Master Cleaning schedule; remove trash and debris from packaging areas weekly.
• Rinse and sanitize packaging lines before start-up.

Description

The sanitation technician is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing mixing tanks, mixing equipment, production equipment, storage totes, pumps, hoses, and various machine parts.Responsibilities include cleaning mixing room, filling room, and manufacturing areas. Essential Duties Wash and apply sanitizer to all production equipment, process, and packaging. Use high pressure units for general clean-up. Drive forklift / scissors-lift to clean overheads. Operate foam pumps to apply chemicals to all equipment. Run tray washing machines following company procedures. Operate floor-scrubbing machines. Detail all equipment before deliver to production. Work accordingly to Master Cleaning schedule (Loading docks, air curtains, lights, pipes, exhaust, drainpipes in shipping, etc.) Rinse and sanitize all packaging lines before start-up.
