Job summary

PepsiCo in Pulaski, TN is seeking workers to clean manufacturing equipment and lines for production of popular brands. Shifts run Saturday and Sunday with a 3:30am start and extend through the day, including exposure to cleaning chemicals and hot water.

The role requires physical stamina and ability to work at heights, in high-temperature environments. Responsibilities include sanitizing production lines, wiping conveyors and machinery, and maintaining facilities as part of a fast-paced food

Qualifications

• You are 18 years of age or older.
• You will be required to work on weekends, holidays as well as off shift.
• You can climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• You are willing to work at heights using ladders or lifts to access areas of the plant.
• You are willing and able to work in an environment that has extreme temperatures, humidity, hazardous/loud equipment, and slippery surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Clean the equipment and lines necessary for manufacturing products
• Wipe down metal conveyors, as well as clean the machine itself
• Work with strong, corrosive chemicals, hot water, and cleaning agents
• Maintain and clean buildings and some outside landscaping
