Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or frontline delivery preferred.
• Ability to handle mail and package processing tasks.
• Comfort working outdoors and during weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with mail-related questions and service issues.
• Sort, label, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail accurately.
• Perform administrative support tasks to aid daily USPS operations.
• Support services such as mail forwarding, parcel holds, and change-of-address requests.
