Job summary

Westwood Nursing & Rehab is seeking compassionate Weekend Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our clinical team in a supportive, team-focused environment. This role offers a $1,500 sign-on bonus for full-time nurses and shift differentials across weekends.

New graduates are welcome, with opportunities for excellent rates, same-day pay, and a comprehensive benefits package. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of resident care and ensure continued delivery of high-quality services.

Qualifications

• Current FL RN license.
• Weekend availability or flexibility.
• Strong clinical judgment and assessment skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with dementia care, respiratory care, post-operative care, wound care, or end-of-life care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of resident care on weekend shifts.
• Collaborate with Therapy, Dietary and Social Work to ensure comprehensive, person-centered care.
• Coordinate Sub-Acute Rehab and Long-Term Care services as needed.
• Maintain regulatory standards and quality of care across shifts.

This position requires a self-directed, responsible individual who will oversee all aspects of resident care and assure continued delivery of service.

Responsibilities and Duties
