Qualifications

• Able to collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate patient care.

Responsibilities

• Performs the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes, planning, implementation, evaluation) with evidence-based practice.
• Delivers patient-centered care tailored to age, gender, and disease needs while respecting cultural diversity.
• Works with the care team to ensure accurate documentation, communication, and continuity of care.
