American Senior Communities' Hickory Creek at Sunset in Greencastle, IN, is seeking a Unit Manager for the Weekend Day Shift. You will oversee nursing care on the unit, supervise licensed nurses and other staff, and ensure adherence to company policies and state regulations.

You will lead with compassion, mentor staff, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality resident care, uphold CARE values, and promote a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Indiana RN license or ability to obtain an Indiana license.
• Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers and staff. Compassion, Accountability, Relationships and Excellence

Responsibilities

• Unit Manager oversees nursing care of all residents on the assigned unit and supervises licensed nurses and other nursing personnel.
• Manages unit in accordance with company philosophy, standards of professional nursing practices, and all federal and state laws and regulations.
