Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license in CA.

• Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions during weekend shifts.
• Basic computer proficiency for documentation and communication purposes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the nursing staff during weekend shifts to ensure efficient and effective patient care.

• Monitor patient care plans and ensure compliance with established protocols, standards, and regulatory requirements.
