Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania RN license and CPR/BLS certification.
• At least 1 year of RN experience; long-term care or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Available every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing care and staff during the shift.
• Assess residents with changes in condition and notify physicians and families.
• Manage staffing, call-offs, and assignments.
• Handle weekend admissions, incidents, and emergencies.
