Job summary

Douglasville Center for Nursing and Healing is seeking a Weekend RN Supervisor to oversee nursing care for residents. The Weekend RN Supervisor will supervise LPNs and CNAs, assess resident needs, and ensure high-quality care across shifts.

You will collaborate with the DON and Unit Manager, participate in interdisciplinary care planning, and monitor quality indicators. Weekend shifts are 7AM–7PM and 7PM–7AM, with scheduling discussed at interview.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Registered Nurse
• Experience supervising nursing staff
• Weekend availability required

Responsibilities

• Supervise delivery of care to residents; assess needs and evaluate nursing care.
• Coordinate staffing with Director of Nursing and Unit Manager; hire/orient staff as needed.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and prepare QM/QI reports.
• Participate in interdisciplinary care plan meetings and ensure care plans meet goals.
• Develop and implement staff education plans.
