Job summary

The Springs of Camden in Camden, Arkansas is seeking an experienced RN Weekend Supervisor to oversee the weekend nursing team. You will lead by example, ensure delivery of high-quality patient care, and mentor staff.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in Arkansas.
• Supervisory or leadership experience is not required (0+ years acceptable).
• Strong nursing knowledge and patient care practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work weekends and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the nursing staff on weekends.
• Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff.
• Monitor and assess patient care; implement improvements.
• Develop staffing plans ensuring adequate coverage and safety.
• Collaborate with department leaders for coordinated patient care.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives.
