Qualifications

• Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while leading a team.
• SNF, LTC, rehabilitation, or supervisory experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and supervision for nursing staff during weekend shifts.
• Ensure high-quality nursing care and resident outcomes.
• Support and assist nurses and CNAs throughout the shift.
• Respond to changes in resident condition and provide appropriate nursing interventions.
• Complete accurate nursing documentation and follow facility policies.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Monitor resident care to ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
• Follow procedures for medication management, incident reporting, physician communication, admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Assist with clinical problem-solving and support the nursing team as needed.
• Promote a safe, compassionate, and resident-centered environment.
