Job summary

Spring Creek Rehabilitation & Nursing Care Center in Brooklyn, NY is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and oversee nursing operations during the weekend evening shift.

The ideal candidate will have NY RN license, a couple years of nursing and supervisory experience, and a commitment to high-quality resident care in a fast-paced skilled nursing setting. Weekend hours from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM offered with competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Active New York State RN license.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.
• Supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred.
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.
• Willingness to work weekend evening shifts 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate resident care during weekend evening shifts.
• Supervise nursing staff and provide clinical guidance and support.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes in health status.
• Collaborate with physicians and inter disciplinary team members to support individualized care plans.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Promote high standards of resident safety, quality care, and customer service.
• Provide hands‑on nursing care and clinical support when needed.
• Address nursing‑related concerns and assist staff with problem‑solving during the shift.
• Complete required documentation and ensure accurate communication between shifts.
