Qualifications

• Active RN license in North Carolina.
• At least one year in skilled nursing or long-term care.
• Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and clinical judgment skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage weekend operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs during weekend shifts.
• Ensure high-quality resident care and accurate clinical documentation.
• Maintain compliance with state, federal, and CMS regulations.
• Respond to clinical concerns, emergencies, and family needs.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Monitor staffing, workflows, and resident safety.
• Promote a positive, team-focused nursing environment.
