Clement Manor is seeking a Weekend RN Supervisor to oversee weekend nursing care on 12-hour shifts (6:30pm-7:00am and/or 6:30am-6:30pm) for residentsly. This role requires a current Wisconsin RN license and CPR certification, with leadership experience in an assisted living or similar setting.

The successful candidate will supervise nursing staff, manage medications, and participate in care planning, reporting resident status to families and the interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Current Wisconsin RN license.
• 3+ years of RN leadership or supervisory experience.
• CPR certification required and active.

Responsabilités

• Oversee weekend nursing care for all residents, including assessments and care planning.
• Supervise staff in direct care and medication administration.
• Provide reporting for resident status and changes in condition to families and interdisciplinary team.
• Ensure nursing records, care plans, and nursing notes are up to date.
• Maintain safety and quality standards and participate in on-call coordination as needed.
