Job summary

YAD Management is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor for weekend shifts in a Long-Term Care/SNF setting. You will provide clinical leadership during weekends, supervise nursing staff, and ensure high-quality resident care with accurate documentation.

The role requires an active RN license, prior RN supervisor or charge nurse experience, and LTC/SNF background. Weekend availability is essential, with opportunities for full-time, part-time, or PRN work and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Active, current State RN license.
• Experience as RN Supervisor or Charge Nurse.
• LTC/SNF experience required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills.
• Ability to work weekends consistently.

Responsibilities

• Supervising nursing staff and ensuring quality patient care.
• Overseeing daily nursing operations in an LTC/SNF environment.
• Administering medications and treatments as needed.
• Ensuring accurate clinical documentation and compliance.
