Job summary

Diversicare is seeking an experienced RN Weekend Supervisor (7A-7P) to lead nursing staff and ensure high-quality patient care in a post-acute setting. The role emphasizes leadership, mentorship, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to enhance clinical outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds a current RN license, has at least two years of nursing experience with supervisory exposure, and brings strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Current RN license issued by the State Board of Nursing.
• Minimum of two years of nursing experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to quality care.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise nursing staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee daily nursing operations, including staffing assignments, patient assessments, and care planning.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to each patient\'s needs.
