Job summary

Lutheran Rehabilitation & Skilled Care Center, part of Ascentria Care Alliance in Worcester, seeks an experienced RN Weekend Nurse Supervisor to lead weekends, support staff, and ensure residents receive compassionate, high-quality care.

You will provide clinical leadership, monitor resident needs, guide nursing staff, and promote accurate documentation while upholding infection prevention and safety standards. Strong communication and geriatric care experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts RN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong clinical judgment and leadership abilities.
• Experience in skilled nursing or geriatric care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and nursing oversight on weekends.
• Support, guide, and serve as a resource to nursing staff.
• Monitor resident care and respond to changing clinical needs.
• Assist with clinical decisions and resident or family concerns.
• Promote accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Support infection prevention, safety, and quality standards.
• Provide direct nursing care when needed.
• Help create a positive, collaborative environment for residents and staff.
