Job summary

Hickory Creek at Peru is seeking a Registered Nurse Weekend Supervisor to lead the weekend care team on 12-hour day/evening shifts. You will build meaningful relationships with residents and staff, using your nursing skills to support physical and psychosocial well-being.

Responsibilities include assessments, documentation, and collaboration with the care team to ensure high-quality, person-centered care while upholding C.A.R.E. values.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
• Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee weekend RN duties and supervise care team on assigned shifts.
