Stone Oak Care Center in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Weekend Nursing Supervisor (RN) to lead our nursing team and uphold exceptional standards of care in a skilled nursing facility.

This role focuses on guiding weekend shifts, ensuring safe, high-quality care, and serving as the clinical resource for staff, residents, and families. Texas RN licensure and leadership experience are required.

Qualifications

• Current Texas RN license or RN license from a Compact Party State.
• Minimum 2 years of charge nurse experience in a skilled nursing facility.
• At least 1 year of leadership or management experience.
