Aspirus Medford Hospital is hiring a Registered Nurse for a 64-hour bi-weekly schedule (12-hour weekend shifts, 7am–7:30pm) in Medford, Wisconsin. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care and contribute to quality improvement through data analysis.

This role requires an RN license in Wisconsin or Michigan, BLS, and ideally ACLS/PALS/NRP certification, with preferred 3+ years of RN experience in a comparable setting.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing required.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
• Certification in specialty desired.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care following evidence-based practice.
• Continuously improve nursing care quality by data collection and analysis.
• Provide professional accountability and participate in care coordination and adherence to policy.
