Onyx Care of Winnfield seeks a compassionate Weekend RN to provide patient-centered post-acute rehabilitation care. This part-time weekend role focuses on delivering high-quality nursing services and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team in a modern facility.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Louisiana
• 0 years of experience in a post-acute rehabilitation setting (new graduates welcome to apply!)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, individualized care to patients in our post-acute rehabilitation setting
• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Monitor and report on patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and making necessary adjustments
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and established standards of care
