Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges of residents.
• Accurately document all resident care and maintain up-to-date records.
• Collaborate with physicians regarding residents’ care plans and necessary modifications.
• Supervise and support nursing assistants to ensure quality personal care.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Provide education to patients and families to support safe discharge planning.
• Respond promptly and efficiently to residents’ needs and emergencies.
