Job summary

Methodist Le Bonheur is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver and coordinate nursing care for patients within a multidisciplinary team. You will utilize the nursing process to ensure high-quality, compassionate care and support patients and families through emotional challenges.

Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, patient education, medication administration, and collaboration with other professionals to ensure safe, evidence-based practice.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Tennessee
• 0-1 years of nursing experience, 1-3 years preferred
• BLS certification required

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and develop care plans.
• Educate patients and families about care plans, medications, and self-care.
• Implement and adjust individualized patient care plans based on assessments.
• Administer medications safely following best practices.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
