Responsibilities

• Provides direct and indirect patient care in the assigned care setting.
• Administers medications as prescribed and documents appropriately.
• Collaborates with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes.
• Demonstrates cost-conscious use of supplies and prioritizes patient safety.
• Supports education for patients and families and participates in discharge planning.
• Assists physicians with procedures and performs services requiring clinical skills.
• Maintains professional development and lifelong learning in nursing.
