Education assistance and Nurse Residency Program are available. The RN provides competent nursing care using the nursing process, collaborates with the care team, and participates in transition-to-practice programs to develop skills in a Magnet-designated hospital setting.

Qualifications

• RN license required and BLS within 90 days of hire.
• BSN preferred; diploma or degree in nursing acceptable.
• New grads welcome; psychiatric and medical-surgical exposure valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide competent nursing care using the nursing process.
